
Melbourne Cup Sweep Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The sweep is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Entry is limited to one per person.
Participants must provide accurate personal information, including full name and valid contact details, to enter.
How to Enter
To participate in the Melbourne Cup sweep, entrants must register online by providing their full name, email address, and phone number (optional).
Registration must be completed by by Monday 4th November 5pm
Horses will be randomly assigned to participants, and no requests for specific horses will be entertained unless otherwise stated.
Sweep Details
The sweep is conducted as a random draw where participants are assigned horses running in the Melbourne Cup.
The sweep will be capped at the number of horses running in the Melbourne Cup (typically 24 entries).
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the participants whose assigned horses finish in the top three places (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
Prizes to be collected at the restaurant: Mammalina Voucher – 1st Place: $200, 2nd Place: $100, 3rd Place: $50.
Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the race.
General Conditions
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweep if any fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond control impair the integrity of the sweep.
Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweep may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and will result in disqualification.
The organizer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy
The personal information collected during registration will only be used for the purpose of conducting the sweep and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness in any future promotional material related to the sweep.
Limitation of Liability
The organizers will not be held responsible for any lost or delayed entries due to technical or communication errors.
The organizers accept no liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participating in the sweep.
Governing Law
The sweep and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
